Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States.

After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Total estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days (processing + shipping).

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, selected shipping method, and delivery address. Any applicable taxes will also be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mavenlabs.store We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
